Grange Garden is a remarkable new residential development in the bustle of thriving Bermondsey Spa. A stunning waterfall flows down the full height of the Cascade Building providing a unique backdrop to the imaginatively designed ‘Japanese style water gardens’. The result is an oasis of tranquillity in one of the capital’s liveliest areas, and a joyful, rich and positive experience of city life for people who embrace the vigour of the city and also value a calm, secluded home environment. People like you.

The development offers you beautifully designed, highly-specified apartments in a great, inner-city location. It includes concierge service, communal entertainment room, an on-site café and restaurant and even a private wine cellar. It surprises you with the landscaped courtyard space. And then there are the telling little extras, like the cold storage lockers in the reception area, in which you can receive food and drink deliveries during times you’re out – at work or on the town.

The fully-landscaped green open space at the core of Grange Garden offers you a year-round welcome home. It’s somewhere to eat, drink, relax and take stock. Whenever you feel the need for some outdoor time, there on your doorstep is a formal water garden with Japanese style landscaping elements. In an increasingly hectic London it’s the sort of contemporary, innovative amenity that’s becoming vanishingly rare.

Kitchen options include porcelain floor tiles, black granite and polished quartz worktops, Bosch appliances and top-of-the-range Villeroy & Boch fittings.

Beautiful bathrooms are designed to a range of specifications to meet your needs and all are crafted in the finest of materials. Chrome shower ware and state of the art fixtures and fittings provide a contemporary and luxurious feeling.

Thames Clippers operates two passenger boat services serving piers in SE1, between Savoy Pier on the Embankment and Masthouse Terrace on the Isle of Dogs, with stops at Bankside and London Bridge City. The Tate Boat link operates between Tate Modern and Tate Britain, via Waterloo Millennium Pier (for the London Eye).

The Atrium is located on the borders of New Cross and Deptford, in South East London, a vibrant urban area with excellent links to the centre of London.

The riverside round Southwark and Bermondsey has come into its own as a prime residential destination, and also a location with immediate access to London's wider transport infrastructure. Grange Garden is served by nearby mainline and underground stations and there are even ferry services from piers in SE1.

Theatro is located in one of London's best value property locations; only ten minutes from London Bridge and twenty minutes from Central London by train. Everywhere is accessible from here...a wealth of amenities are on your doorstep.

Conveniently placed for rail services from Hackney and London Fields, Arthaus is easily placed to get you where you want to be. It's 12 minutes by train to Stratford - home to the 2012 London Olympics - and just 19 minutes away from the City by train.

Take an iconic building. Add to it an award-winning international architect and some very special design features, and you've got Arthaus.

Located in the capital's new urban hot spot - between London Fields and the City - Arthaus has a unique creative heritage. Formerly an art gallery, it remains the HQ for Momart, the UK's leading art storage experts. Now, that creative reputation is set to be enhanced by this very individual, mixed-use development.

Arthaus presents 45 apartments and 3 town houses as well as studio space for artists, designers and media professionals. Award-winning architects, Hamiltons have restored the façade and character of the building while introducing a distinctly contemporary look and feel.

Your first impression of this magnificent building is the imposing entrance lobby that boasts a full-height atrium. Here you'll be able to relax in the hotel lobby style café - a great meeting place for friends and co-workers. Your apartment will be accessed from the balconies that run around this central core. You'll also have use of a large, communal roof garden giving you amazing views across the city.

Arthaus features the best modern materials and finishes to provide a stylish, highly-functional backdrop for living and working.

New Cross is best known as the home of Goldsmiths' College, the UK's leading creative university whose famous alumni include Vivienne Westwood, Damien Hirst and Julian Clary. Most recently New Cross was noted as the birth place of New Rave and is fast gaining ground with London's fashionistas and music journalists as a hip destination.

Deptford has a long established vibrant community which has survived the decline of its traditional Dockyard Industries. Deptford High Street was recently credited by the Yellow Pages as being the best shopping High Street in London given the diversity of its independent local shops and its long established colourful street market. Cafes, bars and restaurants sit alongside traditional pie shops, fishmongers, butchers and bakers.
In recent years Deptford has attracted a thriving community of artists and designers who live and work alongside City workers and Media types.

Historic Greenwich is a short stroll away, with its bustling atmosphere, striking architecture, quirky shops, markets, pubs and restaurants. Recognised as a World Heritage site it is home to the Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum, the Cutty Sark and Greenwich Park, London's oldest royal park and one of London's largest public open spaces with breathtaking views across London.
Deptford is a genuine regeneration area with the following schemes currently proposed:
• Deptford Mainline Station: A completely new station, designed by Lord Rogers
• Convoys Wharf: Redevelopment of King Henry VIII's former Naval Dock into residential and commercial premises which will open the High Street up to the River Thames
• Seagers Distillery: Redevelopment of this site adjacent to Deptford Bridge with Deptford's first residential tower
• East London Line Extension: Providing direct access by underground to Liverpool Street to the North and Croydon to the South.
The Atrium on New Cross Road is ideally located for a variety of transport options.

By Train

A few minutes walk to Deptford Bridge DLR station, New Cross Mainline and Underground station and Deptford Mainline station. These stations ensure quick and easy journeys to Charing Cross, Waterloo International and London Bridge, as well as to Canary Wharf and the Docklands.

By Road

By Boat
A viable commuter ferry service runs from Greenwich which is only two stops on the DLR.

By Air
City Airport is only 20 minutes away by car and Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow are all reachable within an hour.

A luxurious development with concierge of 48 carefully designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the heart of Greenwich cultural quarter.

Theatro is a striking development combining pioneering design and functionality. State of the art building materials have been used ,the quality of which can generally be found at the top end of the market.

Located moments from Greenwich town centre, the location offers great transportation links into Canary Wharf and centre of London.

On the ground floor, a distinctive blend of bars, restaurants and studio spaces will come together to provide an exciting entrance to your home. This is where you can meet up with other residents, workers and neighbours and have a drink or two.

On each of the first four floors, there's a cleverly-designed commercial element of artists' studios, workshops and offices, combined with residential apartments.

For something extra special, Theatro's amazing duplex apartments provide the peace and quiet of a private terrace and an innovative ‘walls of light' feature in the living room.

The river Thames has always been a focal point for the capital's commercial life. Now it's adding culture and art to the mix. Living at Grange Garden will put you within a stone's throw of all that's new and happening.

The riverside around Southwark and Bermondsey, (the latter has been billed as the ‘new Hoxton') is a key London address for restaurants, night life, art galleries, museums and food and antiques markets. It's an area literally pulsing with activity. So, when you want to get out and about, there's plenty to inspire you.

Down by the Thames, Butler's Wharf is a haven for foodies who flock to Conran restaurants, chop houses and pizza parlours. The area's atmospheric main thoroughfare, Shad Thames can be reached by a scenic riverside walk. It's home to the Design Museum and the famous Blue Print Café.

And Saturday mornings wouldn't be the same without a trip to the uber- trendy Borough market. While you're there, check out the gastropubs, restaurants and hip shops in and around popular Bermondsey Street. Tate Modern is a stone's throw away too.

Grange Garden gives you easy access to a range of transport including Waterloo, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Elephant & Castle mainline stations. Across the river is Charing Cross, Blackfriars and Cannon Street.

London Underground services also operate from Bermondsey and Borough as well as London Bridge and Elephant & Castle. Thames Clipper and the Tate also operate passenger boats serving piers in SE1.

If you want attitude, you've come to the right place. The neighbourhood around Theatro is alive with a genuine community spirit. An eclectic mix of historic and modern, Greenwich and Deptford is home to a thriving community of artists and designers, City workers and media professionals.

There's always something going on in the streets around Theatro. Recently named as a World Heritage Site, Greenwich is a fascinating blend of old and new. A great starting point is the quirky old pubs, maritime museums and beautiful parkland of old Greenwich. There's so much new energy too. The bars, restaurants and famous music venues such as the Albany and the Laban Centre, attract visitors from all over London. And don't forget the O2 Arena is just down the road!

If you want a different kind of buzz, Deptford has a bustling town centre with a famous tri-weekly market and a mass of small, independent specialist shops. You can find everything you need from food to fashion.
Theatro's great location means you'll only be ten minutes from London Bridge and twenty minutes from central London by train. From Deptford mainline station to Convoys Wharf and the East London Line Extension, you'll have a great choice of excellent transport links.

London Fields is one of the centres of the London art scene with many small to medium art galleries. Juxtaposed against this is Hackney's natural vitality, born of many different cultures and ethnic groups. The best way to experience that is by visiting the bustling Broadway market. You'll discover a mind-boggling array of restaurants from Thai to Vietnamese to Caribbean. There's a farmers' market every Saturday too.
