The Atrium is located on the borders of New Cross and Deptford, in South East London, a vibrant urban area with excellent links to the centre of London.

New Cross is best known as the home of Goldsmiths' College, the UK's leading creative university whose famous alumni include Vivienne Westwood, Damien Hirst and Julian Clary. Most recently New Cross was noted as the birth place of New Rave and is fast gaining ground with London's fashionistas and music journalists as a hip destination.

Deptford has a long established vibrant community which has survived the decline of its traditional Dockyard Industries. Deptford High Street was recently credited by the Yellow Pages as being the best shopping High Street in London given the diversity of its independent local shops and its long established colourful street market. Cafes, bars and restaurants sit alongside traditional pie shops, fishmongers, butchers and bakers.
In recent years Deptford has attracted a thriving community of artists and designers who live and work alongside City workers and Media types.

Historic Greenwich is a short stroll away, with its bustling atmosphere, striking architecture, quirky shops, markets, pubs and restaurants. Recognised as a World Heritage site it is home to the Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum, the Cutty Sark and Greenwich Park, London's oldest royal park and one of London's largest public open spaces with breathtaking views across London.
Deptford is a genuine regeneration area with the following schemes currently proposed:
• Deptford Mainline Station: A completely new station, designed by Lord Rogers
• Convoys Wharf: Redevelopment of King Henry VIII's former Naval Dock into residential and commercial premises which will open the High Street up to the River Thames
• Seagers Distillery: Redevelopment of this site adjacent to Deptford Bridge with Deptford's first residential tower
• East London Line Extension: Providing direct access by underground to Liverpool Street to the North and Croydon to the South.
The Atrium on New Cross Road is ideally located for a variety of transport options.

By Train

A few minutes walk to Deptford Bridge DLR station, New Cross Mainline and Underground station and Deptford Mainline station. These stations ensure quick and easy journeys to Charing Cross, Waterloo International and London Bridge, as well as to Canary Wharf and the Docklands.

By Road
New Cross Road (A2) is one of the main routes into Central London and provides a direct route to both the M25 London Orbital and the Blackwall Tunnel Thames crossing.

By Boat
A viable commuter ferry service runs from Greenwich which is only two stops on the DLR.

By Air
City Airport is only 20 minutes away by car and Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow are all reachable within an hour.
