Behind Every Kick

Union Development is proud to be a charity partner of Behind Every Kick,

a charity that aspires to unlock a lifetime of opportunity for young people through a love of sport.

Through this passion for sport, Behind Every Kick affords young people the opportunity to achieve their potential by developing skills for use in their wider life – be it education, professional development, or personal. The programme has been developed with Lane4, experts in professional human performance. Lane4 work with elite sports teams and commercial organisations, and commits to support every young person on their programme by offering them mentoring and access to Behind Every Kick’s extensive networks of business and professionals – of which we are very pleased to be one.
